We left Nindigully and travelled 271 km.
First we went to Thallon where Geoff and Lorelle lived for 3 years. We saw the painted silos.
Then we travelled to Dirranbandi where we had morning tea with Julie and Owen Prout. It was great to see them.
We had lunch at Lightning Ridge but the town was so busy with their Opal Festival. We camped at a free camp at Pagan Creek near Walgett. So far Connie is surviving well.
