Day 7 Broken Hill and Silverton

We drove out to Silverton this morning.  It is about 20km from Broken Hill. We drove to the Mundi Mundi Lookout to see the vast plains before us. This was the scene for the Mad Max Movies. The land is very dry.
Then we went into town. We stopped to see the donkeys outside the pub. Then we went to  a couple of galleries, eg Cowz, Howard Steel and John Dynan. Some beautiful artwork was available. They all use lots of colour and show some amazing scenery. Then we had lunch at the pub.
Returned to our van and Connie.
