Day 32. Daly Waters

Today we drove 134 km to Daly Waters. There isnt much else there except the pub which also runs a tourist gift shop, a service station and the caravan park and some cabins and rooms. The change in temperature was amazing. They seem to have plenty of water so there was some grass around and lots of trees. The pub is incredible. There is the thong bar, the hat bar and of course the bra bar. We had barra and beef and lots of salad for tea and then listened to two different guys singing. They were both good but the 2nd guy was a bit lifeless. Maybe because he was quite elderly. Still it was a great meal and evening. There were heaps of vans there too.
We also saw the WW2 hangar where planes fueled up during the 2nd world war. We saw a beautiful bowerbird and lots of cockatoos.
